Question 1991 240sx fastback won't start and I can't hear the fuel pump

1991 240sx fastback, 250miles. 3month ownership and ran like a champ til now. It was recently rainning for a couple days on and off. My wife pulled the car to the driveway and turned it off. After I loaded a PC. into the trunk and a Monitor into the back seat. Now she won't start. She turns over fine but I can't hear the fuel pump. I thought I knocked something loose, like the fuel pump or the connector switch. I read on hear the pump is in the rear right of the 240sx and on the rear left is the wiring for the fuel pump.
How do you get around the distributor? The wires goes into a plastic cap and I can't seem to pull the cap off, seem I might brake it. A link to the 240sx Manual would be perfert. If someone can help...

Cheers,
sean

s13 240,
Thank you for the Link, but I really need someone to be my guiding light. Basically I just don't hear the pump as usual. Could it be the rainy whether causing a bad ground. Or am I in for a new fuel pump/or + fuel filter. I think it was the fuel pump. Underneth the trunk carpet with a sticker thingy. I started squeezing. Thinking it may have gotten knock loose from the PC I loaded up in the trunk.
When it happened I was running on a low tank of gas. After I got a gallon of gasoline it started up after 5-10 mins of cranking. Right before it fired up, I hear a buzzing sound. Maybe it was the fuel pump but seemed it was coming from the engine and not the trunk.
Now the next day, I notice she accel a little differently and slower. Before I parked her after a 20mile ride. I notice a slight buzz/rattling notice from the engine as I accell just a little as I glide down the parking lot. Seems everytime I just gas it a bit. Okay then when I parked. I shut her off and started her right back up just like when my wife pulled her to the driveway the day before. She did start up but when I returned 3hours later and after it has rained a bit too. Just cranking and no fire. I had a quarter tank this time around.
Any thing would be greatly appreciated. Please help. ASAP
cheers,
sean

unless you shot the pc in your trunk with a cannon i dont think anything got knocked loose. if you cant hear your fuel pump turn on with the key on than most likly the pump needs replaced or the relay is bad.
