when my drivers side stopped working, I took it to the dealership because they're was a recall on the auto seatbelts in s13's. They gave me a date to comeback and they fixed it for free. So you should be able to do that

Is it stuck in the up or down position? If it's in the up why worry about it? Even if it was in the down just pull it up.

Luckily this hasn't happened to me, but I've been wondering/worrying about it for a while now. My passenger side goes verrrrrry slowly sometimes. Other times it will get stuck and I have to open and close the door to get it going again... is it common to have them fail? Is the recall for just driver's side?

Yea I went to Nissan and they said there was no recall for my seat belts so im gonna live with it untill after I get my swap then probably do a conversion to regular seat belts, does any one know where that one article is on converting it?

Ok, I don't get it... Ryan has a '90 s13 and s13240 has a '91, but there's only a recall for the '91?......
