Car Won't Start

Guys, I need help. My car wouldn't start. It won't even crank. I have a full tank of gas. The lights are on. Power window is working. Radio is working. Pretty much everything is working except it won't start.

What do you think is the problem guys? Thanks a lot.

I just changed the spark plugs few days ago. Although yesterday when I was driving home, the engine stalled once on the road when I was sitting on the red light. When I tried to restart the car, the engine just kept on cranking but won't start. I have to wait about 5 minutes then when I restart it, the engine would turn on.
