Converting to Keyless...?

Hey all-
I currently have a 95 240sx with manual locks, and was wanting to covert to power door locks. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction...

I don't understand, why would you waste your time on something like locks being power or not? Don't fix something that isn't broken

i've had this set up for years without any problems. and to answer the question above, i have them wired to my alarm and lock the doors when the alarm is armed and unlock when disarmed.

to wire them up factory is a pain. You would need a big chuck of harness, factory actuators and key cyclinders, and controls. Even then its not easy.

The easy way is installing an aftermarket alarm or keyless entry with aftermarket actuators that custom mount. Any alarm installer can do this easiily. If you have some ability ourself, its not too hard, although install and alarm does require quite a bit of wiring knowledge

this is what the actuators look like mounted. wiring them up like i did is easier than installing a stereo. the actuators came with their own relays but you don't if the aftermarket alarm has key less entry.
