well...when i bought my car i was driving it back home...a rather long drive and it started to smell like gas a lil
we stopped and checked the engine and wat not and the engine light is on

my uncle said he think it might just be a vaporline leak...now that its really cold i ahve the heat on and i can smell the gas coming thru the vents and when ever i rev it up u can smell it outside as well

any clues to if it might just be the vaporline and how much and how easy it is to fix urself thx

 

O rings on the injectors. Either that or the injectors are bad themeselves.

 

its comming from your fuel filter hose that goes into it it cracks after years and the car suckes it in through the vent its a $2 hose left of the intake manifold
