Was this a good buy?

Well, i just recently bought a 5 spd. 1991 240sx fastback for $900 including tax, title, and tags. Its the base model w/o power windows, locks and sunroof. It has 311,000 miles and the front fender, door, and front bumper all have light damage. The rear quarter panel has a basketball sized dent in it. The windsheild will also have to be replaced. Interior is pretty clean and it has a kenwood deck. Paint is real nice on the side that isn't damage and the frame is straight. Iit also has power steering which is compatiable with an SR20DET swap. I plan to fix it up with less than $600 (body work) and will be my daily turbo driver (SR20DET) Good purchase or not?

not to cahbby except all the damage. i guess if you can get away with 600 bucks then cool. look at it as a car that cost you 1500 instead of just 900

I've got 4 months before it will become my daily driver. So i have plenty of time. One bad thing tho, i just found some rust underneath the car... yikes.... hopefully i can fix it. its about the length and width of my index finger, it sucks big time.
