if i'm not mistaken (and i usually do) the speed sensor are diffrent, so you'll have to use a dual cam cluster(is that right?)
then the two engines use a diffrent transmission housing that bolts to the engine. then there is the ecu and wiring.
hold-up.......

nevermind the site is down. this guy made the swap and had a little info for us.
i personally would keep the single cam engine. it's olny 15hp in the hole and there are alot of mods for it still. i thought the same way when i picked up my 90. after i fixed it and gave it it's first beating i was surprised.
if the engine isn't too tired then just keep savin for the SR. it's really the best bet.

how many miles your engine have?
change the timing kit yet?

I don't know seems like a lot of trouble for HP that can be gained with Intake/Exhaust and header.

$700 can get you some nice stuff.

with $700 you can have close to 200crank HP
not to mention there are a few little tricks you can do to gain a few HP with like no money.
simple tuning things like the engine grounds
timing advance
weight reduction(nothing drastic)
sensor replacement
sh*t like that
