obd2 motor into obd1

Yeah, I think you all need a picture of an engine removed from the car which is what I have. I have no other information. Do I have the ENTIRE exhaust? NO. I have the exhuast manifold ONLY. I have no CAT because that come AFTER the exhuast manifold which is the ONLY piece of the exhuast I have so if there was an O2 sensor after the CAT I have NO way of knowing it. Do you understand yet? Maybe this will help... this is a picture depicting the exactly what I have sitting in front of me... so let's try YET again... how can I tell if which OBD standard it is? There IS an O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold so ding... 1, but was there one after the CAT? I have NO way of knowing.

Do you know what year it is? If all you know is that its a DE either from s13 or 14 post a pic of the valve cover, I believe the s13 valve cover has three screws on top of the valve cover while the s14 has two. If its an s13 you know you have OBDI, if its from an s14 this could be a little more tough.

I've found a big diference in the two engines!!!!!!!
If you go to my profile and read my other post, you'll se that recently, I blew my engine. as a result I bought a 95 engine. thsi one after opening it, I saw that it was also shot. So the guy took it back and gave me another engine from a 95. now this one as I saw it compared to the other 95, I imidietly knew it was a OBD2
So the universal answer has been discovered: how to know if your engine is OBD2 or 1?????? Look at the distributor, if it has 4 spark plug cables coming out its obd2 since the coil is INSIDE the distributor. If it has 4 cables and 1 in the midle going to a Coil OUTSIDE then its OBD2!!!!!

"How to install a OBD2 engine into a OBD1 harness!"
