After reading many forums for troubleshooting power window problems. I have determined I need to replace my passenger power window motor.

I was wondering if anyone had instructions (preferably with pics) or any advice for replacing this motor, for I wasn't able to find anything via google and forum searches. Thanks for any help you can provide me with. It looks like a real b***h to replace!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
