Okay to add to my 240 failing smog, i noticed a couple more things.
1. I dunno if this is normal or not since the ka has 126k on it and ive already ran seafoam and changed plugs, and checked timing, but once its up at running temperature it idles around 750-900 rpms, but i let it sit for about 15 minutes and noticed the idle dropped to 500-600rpms which ive never seen it do before, but when i reved it a little it came back up to about 800 rpms. I'm guessing this is normal idle play?

2. From the rear of the car i can hear like a whistling noise with a gasy smell, I hear the whistling when idling and i stand behind the car and when you turn the ignition to the "ON" positoin and you can hear the fuel pump turn on, so im guessing it might be some kind of gas leak or something? i know its not a exhaust leak because its coming from the right side, i put my head under and its definatly come from somewhere in the rear right side no wear near the exhaust.

3. I have a small oil leak, the way the pattern of the oil leak looks like it might be an oil pan gasket, my dad looked at it also and said it might be the oil pan gasket. My dipstick is still "full" so i dont think it is a big problem? Here is a pic and give me your opinion.
