HA HA HA HA HA , that was good.

The Chilton suggests that they are torqued to 14-22 ft lb on all models from 1982-1992.

The reason why the Chilton sucks is that its so vague and not more specific as an FSM would be.........but ths FSM is like $60 the Chilton is $15

dam Irb_2000 your turning into a post *****

Yeh the FSM is around 60-70 bucks but its worth it. i tried those online FSM but they never cover the KA24E, when i get my DE motors imma get it from online.

The chiltons covers like 3-4 cars in one manual thats why it sucks. It just covers the basics of the 240

Yeah, well... now that I feel comfortable enough not to get flamed everytime I say something, I like to post more. ...... oh yeah, I also have no life... and it wont freaking rain here... it's like 90+ everyday it sucks.. I hate the sun, it needs to be shot.

back to the topic tho, i had no idea that they needed to be torqued. i used to just tighten em in till there snug and then leave it.

Yup. I thought the same thing, but it actually said that it can affect gas mileage if they are not properly torqued because the spark isnt in the proper position and what not

but I think its all good as long as they are snug fit
