Great link Hyjnx.

If you're going full tune-up, chiltons goes over eveything, well, most things.

Spark Plugs - NGK's are arguably the best

Fuel Filter - Upgrading to a 300zx fuel filter is supposed to be better, but either way a new fuel filter will help

seafoam is supposed to help, i've used it and it helped.

Plug Wires - Again NGK makes some good one's, but there are other's out there.

Air Filter

Fuel Injector Cleaner - many people forget this, I do it everytime I change my oil

Drain and refill your coolant from the radiator - helps your car from overheating

Check all your radiator and other hoses for cracks, bloating and leaking

Water pump - when was the last time it was done? Belts as well?( not the timing chain)

Drain and fill your tranny fluid - althogh nissan doesn't specify i'm told, many people do this every 30K.

Chiltons goes over most of those, but the FSM goes over them all

hope that helped.

Chiltons is a company that do automotive books to help you out to figure out problems on your car. FSM=Factory service manual If you dont have one, you should get one. They are VERY helpful.

They are sometimes on eBay, you can go to your local nissan dealership for one...but pay up the ***.
