weird, loud sound problem...

Ok this is a really really weird problem. When i put my S14 in reverse, and go reverse and turn right (out of a parking space for example) my car makes a loud creaking-like sound. Maybe something is rapidly hitting against something multiple times? a sound like that, its not ear piercingly loud but loud enough that it makes people stare at my car. the sound is definitely coming from under the hood. Does anyone know what this sound could possibly be? It does not happen when i am in any other gear and it does not happen when i reverse and go left...

i have the same problem in my S13, it sounds like something is being pressed, it comes from my right passenger side, im thinking the front wheels, i have no idea what it is, its a recent development as well, right after i change the tie end rods and some bushings
