Lately, my car has been acting wierd when I start her up. I have a 96 with 88k miles, and when I crank her up in the morning, the rpms will drop down almost all the way to zero then go back up to around 900 a few times, and then the car drives like normal. What should I check? I really have no idea what could be wrong.

 

try checking your spark plugs. if they are the stock ones; replace them as soon as you can. other then that it might be a intake sensor gone bad or a bad line from the distributer to the plugs
