CEL P0505 - Idle control malfunction

Check engine light came on yesterday. 1995 w/ KA24DE and OBDII. Had it scanned at autozone, and it came up as P0505--"The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the idle control system." What could cause that? I'm not too familiar with the KA motors, but from what I understand, there's a sensor behind the throttle body (under the intake plenum) that should be cleaned, and there might also be a crack in the hose for the vavle the controls idle. Also, I was going to take out the MAF to clean it, but it seems to be stuck. I didn't want to break anything so I left it alone. I'm going to reset the ECU and see if the code comes back.

P.S. - Does anyone know where I can find diagrams labeling what fuses do what under the hood? The diagram is stupidly placed on top of the fuse cover box (rather than underneath) so it's worn off over the years.

I would, but I can't get to it very easily. I'd probably have to take the intake plenum off (not an easy job I'm sure). Any other better way to get to it? And I'm still not exactly sure where it is...

Ok, I cleared the code, and it hasn't come back yet. But I'm starting to think that it came on for a reason, not that it was just a fluke. The car idles real high at times, like at around 900rpm. Also, whenever I switch on electrical devices at idle, the motor bogs down to around 600rpm. (Headlights, radio, a/c, etc.) What could be causing all that?
