Unhappy clutch issues

I was wondering what the small tell-tale signs of a bad/slipping clutch were. Just bought this car not too long ago and I dont really know how the guy treated or what could be wrong with it.

Sometimes when I shift the car will slightly jerk. But its real subtle, and doesnt happen often. I feel like it lost some power from the time I bought to now. If you guys could help that would be great. And also, what would be some good clutch kits that any of you would suggest. Ive heard ATC is a good one, and that it gives pretty good mid-range accel.

You will save a little bit of money on SPEC. Mine as well get the flywheel wheel with it. I got a good deal and saved money on mine.

ACT is good.. 6-puck if you really want that 'snap your neck' feel.. but you'll hate it in traffic.. and i agree with evil.. get a lightweight flywheel while your under there...
