I have a 95 model sx 132 000miles on it and its timing chain needs to be changed. Nissan service said $1400 including the parts for this bussiness what the hell. The lowest labor cost to change is $1000.. Dammit...

 

i can get all the part's wholesale so if you want to save some money that way i can do that for you.

what kind of noise are u getting? is it a tapping noise? if so it sounds like rod bearings to me , i had the same problem a few months back and changed rod bearings and no more noise.

 

its sounds like a bunch of metal rattling at the same time
