ka build up question

ok i have a ka24de in my 95 240. the engine is stock. and im looking for some power. i was wondering what would be better for the money. should i just piece together a turbo kit. or should i just put cams, intake, headers, exhaust and so on? and does anyone happen to know the power increase on the different cams? i know putting in S13 cams will give my S14 more power but how much?

yea if you want above 200hp basically you need to go turbo, if your happy with about 180 190 then na can be done, but a lot of people get there and decide they wana have more and then basically wasted all that money on NA, so decide what you really want first

just get your rebauild done, while you have it apart go ahead and put in cams, intake, header, exhaust, pulleys, and a decent clutch and drive that for a while...tweak the timing another mm and youll run 9's

well lol, putting new internals...do you mean upgrading internals or just replacing with new OEM. It all depends on how much your going to boost...dont go over 7 psi on stock internals. id build the bottom end. the top end is pretty decent in the KA but again thats based around how much boost you think is decent.
