pulley installation
I installed an under drive pulley last year, and it was well worth it! I used a piece of wood to slowly work of the old pulley without much force. The new pulley slid on quite easily.
The only problem I had, was the front main seal rubbed on the new pulley and burnt a hole in it. So I had to remove it again, replaced the front main seal and reinstalled the pulley.
Make a note to push the front main seal in a little bit further to avoid it from rubbing. You'll know if you burnt a hole in it, if oil is thrown all over under the hood.
Good Luck!

it is pretty easy of an install like stated above... in addition to pushing in the front seal i would replace it at the time of a pully swap... after all the hard part of removing the pully is already done and it would only take a few seconds to install a 5 dollar seal...
