HELP no tail lights or gauge lights

do you think its some sort of short in my body harness. thats what my buddy said cause his car did the same thing. cause just a couple days ago my dash lights just all of a sudden didn't work, and the tail lights must have gone at the same time, i checked the fuses under the dash, so not sure.

i don't know what kind of fuse or relay would make the tail lights and dash lights and parking lights go out at the same time. any suggestions? i don't have a wheel well liner or whatever on the pass. side and i have been driving in snow...probably not the best idea but i don't think too much stuff can still get in there. any suggestions? could it be that water shorted out something on that side?

i did put a new fuse in, but it blew right away. so its probably shorted somewhere....

yeah fuse blew again then put one in like an hour later and it blew before i even got back in the car. So it must be shorted out. and another thing i found is the license plate lights don't light up even when the fuse wasn't blown, so i'm not sure. could it be like that rear harness or whatever? the one to the tail lights. how would i check if its shorted?
