Its been years since I have been on here but I just tried to smog my s14 ka24de today and it failed due to that when the tech went to check the timing he unplugged the the throttle plug and it jumped from 700 rpm to 1100. It was sappose to stay down at 700. What is the fix that I have to do to keep it from spiking while he unplugs it?
