i drive a stock 90 240 hatch, with the single cam motor. whenever i am driving, and i hit 5,000 RPMs the engine starts to miss really bad, like hits hitting the rev limiter, but the rpms still rise a little. it doesn't do it when i am sitting still. i just got the car, and when i first got it, it didn't do it. I changed the spark plugs, oil, air filter, fuel filter, and cleaned the intake. Also, sometimes it surges, like its not getting enough gas. i have no idea of what it could be. and i have searched this.

nevermind, fixed it..

o2 sensor was broke.
