i'm ****ing amazed how advanced we as a species are.
i saw this show on discovery today and they found this vase that was like over 2000 years old. they took some of the pottery that lined the inside of the pot, ground it up, and actually sucked out some of what used to be in that pot. (olive oil)
if thats not amazing enough, where they found the pot was close to 1000 miles from where olive plants grew at the time
