the highest paid team in baseball needs to take a day or two off sometimes. give em a break. remember this. the last time they got beat this bad was in 1928. (the final scare was 20-someodd points too ALOT less that that.) that was also one in MANY years that they took the world series. so remember this you bitter sox fans. a 17 - 1 loss is still just that. ONE loss.

 

bah I think the yankees winning all the time is a thing of the past. It's time for the red sox to shine and to see red sox players in a buncha commercials.

 

but don't you see? all those years of bitter defeat are what makes these wins so much sweeter than anything any Yankees fan will ever feel.
