FS/FT: Built S14 SR block
s14 SR20DET shortblock for sale, ran out of funds to finish build up and its about time to cut my losses. I am interested in either a flat out sale or trade for a good condition COMPLETE SR. Engine built as follows:
87mm 8.7-1 CR CP pistons
Eagle H-Beam connecting rods (good for 800+ trq.)
NISMO SR bearings
Cryo'ed stock crank, ground for universal journal clearance
ARP Main studs
ARP Head studs
Cometic 1.2 mm headgasket
Head was planed and CC'd
Balanced Rotating Assembly
Needed to complete shortblock:
Rocker Arms and LMA's
Freezeplugs

Shipping is negotiable, I have receipts for 1800 in parts alone, and I must have spent at least forty hours on spec'ing and assembly...I know it's very close to done but current finances are holding me back especially with my limited work schedule due to school...my goal for the motor was 425 wheel torque, and the ability to track and canonball without any concerns, and all the internals are there to support that goal...rotating assembly should be able to handle well over 600 wheel horsepower. Anyways, I'm very serious about moving the motor but am unsure what kind of market there is for just a short block. I bought the clip and immediatly sold all of the accessories (ie intake/exhaust manifolds) because I planned on replacing them with aftermarket pieces, but as I said it looks like it'll be quite some time before I'd be able to complete the project. I had an offer of 2400 that ended up falling through, but ill entertain $2100 if the buyer will pay shipping/pickup.
