There you go....
basically unfortunetly for us since the 240sx is a bit heavy to race in any of the stock classes. As well as minimal mods to our cars that some other cars have stock bump us up into higher classes like STS (the class i run) where with a cold air intake, exhaust just for the power mods, I'm supposed to outclass WRX's. And yeah.....

Ive been reading about the national event in Sportscar magazine. It seems like rain was a big factor in alot of the events. So heavier cars like the 350 might have been at a disadvantage, but still poor showing from nissan.
Im considering STS for my 92 240sx coupe. How has your car performed? Have you faced any of the well prepared civics that seem to dominate the class? Ive kindof considering putting in a limited slip and running STX, because it seems the WRXs are often slower than the civics.

^^Yep, it's my main combatant when I'm driving. Since i don't have the power to make it rear happy, my car likes to push.
Rain was a big factor in the Nationals that's true... however I do doubt that it was the key factor.... Yes I have seen some of the civics that run, one of the guys from our region competes in the nationals... WRX's can be slower than civics but it heavily depends on the driver and if the mods done to the car are to the extent of the class. Civics are great cars for the auto X because 1) Really light 2)REALLY LIGHT!!!
