i got this thing done in about 4 minutes....its not hard at all. took me 2 mins to open the box and 2 mins to put it on. and best of all..it was only 10 bucks w/shippin from ebay!!! heres the end results.......

Dang u got ripped..... I got mine on ebay for like $4.25 including shipping... It was like a 5 min install, really easy, unless ur boot is like super glued on there. But i think its pretty cool

WHY did you need to remove the boot?? The danged thing just pushes on over the original button. 5 minutes??? more like 5 seconds.

I took the boot off so i could realease the spring tension inside.. That way it wont spring out by itself.. I have a friend who did what u say to do.. Just slapped it on to the black button thing.. Still doesnt work. It's just like a normale e-brake, gets stuck when u pull it up.. EXCEPT now he has a silver button.

hahahahaha...lol i did get ripped!!! o well...but ya i did the same thing...took off the boot to remove the tension spring. hung..u should read some more on this....lol....guess whoever just puts it on is wonderin why it doesn't work.

i wish i would have found out about this like 5 months ago, i pulled my spring and button out. i use my drifting shoe to hold up the ebrake and also the car is in gear as normal

Haha, Im getting ready to go to the local shop to see if they have the Cusco one in Silver. There all the same, but now i can just sat mines better than eveyone ellses. Plus $20 isnt bad.

$20 after shipping i paid a total of $6.50 from ebay and the auction said cusco in it!!!! im sure its not a cusco but i dont care....
