careful with the buffers though, you can burn through the paint pretty easy. think of it like ironing clothes, just dont stay in one spot too long.

and I have a brand of car wax that is color matched to my car, I dont remember who makes it, but it really brings the shine out. I didnt use it last time, and used a normal wax and its really lacking.

its turtlewax, and its red. my car is red... it comes with a little lipstick looking thing that you can fill in scratches with, but it doesnt work all that great. the wax works quite well though, I'm waiting for a good overcast day to go wax it again.

DUDE....you guys...havn't u been detailing freaks??? wash w/ dawn...claybar....wash....dry....polish...buff.... polish..buff...polish buff...pollish buff....then wax a **** load of times....it should look good and feel even better.....
meguirs # 7 and # 27 i think.....
the polish should take care of it...i promise....if it duzn't...then ....take it to a pro....buffing is good and all..but...you can REALLY mess up if you've never done it b4....it will leave your paint looking like a halogram...u'll know...
oh...u have to leave the polish on ur car for 30 mins b4 u buff it off....

the turtle wax RUBBING compound has SAND in it...it'll leave small scratches on ur car...

Zaino works great~!...just...$$$$

you dawn the car..yea the dishwash soap....
1.using dishwash soap will get rid of all the wax and crap on ur car...(prepares it for claying)
2.Claybar...this is a miracle bar...u paint turns better than showroom quality...well feels better....takes 1-2 hrs give or take
3.wash again...(might not have to) gets rid of all the stuff left by the claybar.
4.dry..dry w/ terrycloth...should be new....car has no was...it can leave alot of scrathes
5. POLISH in the shade...THICKER coats WONT Make it better....its a chemical bonding process or sump.. MOre coats...the better... it makes the paint darker...rich in color
6. buff...make sure u buff it off evenly....ur paint might have spots of dark n not so dark...step 5 n 6 3x
7...same as 5 and 6 but replace polish w/ wax
(3x)
