Finally ran my car down the 1/4 mile. First run was a 14.5 at 95mph, this was my second run ever. I have never ran a car down the 1/4 mile. I have to admit, it was fun.

small update. I havent really done much work recently so not much to add.

i drew out a picture of what my car should look like next year after I modify the stock bumper and hood

The reason for the mods are for better cooling and a real cold air intake.

This is the air horn that is going into the front bumper

I think my stock computer took a dump so I decided to try and install my EMS. I havent gotten very far. I am actually currently checking all the wires on my engine harness to make sure they are good. I am removing the ones that I dont need also.

This is the pile of wires that I dont need. It will get bigger tomorrow when I decide to remove the "loop" from the harness.

Thanks.

This is where I left off last night... got everything pretty much seperated. just have to go outside to fit everything. Then I will be cutting all the slack out of the wires.

Yeah man, eff that, snow is only fun in small amounts. We get "fun" snow levels down here. You know, 3-8 inches, then it all goes away. When I lived in Northern VA, that was NO FUN! 8-12 inches one day, then another foot the next, then 6 inches the next, then another 10 inches.

Yeah . . .you can't even tool around in that, all you can do is put down rock salt and shovel . . . *sigh*

Bad memories . . .

haha, well we get lake effect snow which is the worst. cold air blows in from canada and picks up moisture across lake erie then it turns into a blizzard. The winter isnt too bad when the lake freezes over but that hasnt happened in a couple years.

December is always mild. Its january - march that is insane. Snow storm that give us 4+ FT of snow. A couple years ago there was a state of emergency because we got like 8 ft of snow in 2 days.

I'm in Richmond, we got 12" last night and we're supposed to get another 6" tonight. My car is stuck in my driveway. No bueno.
