braking problems

Hello, everyone! I just notice that I had low bake padel! I did mauanlly bleed the system but seem not help at all! OK,symptons: without engine running, brake padel slowly to the floor while you hold a while! Pump up until it feel hard, I start the engine, pedal not going down like it should( I feel it just almost not moving). With engine running, padel goes to floor too! What up is that? According to all the symptons, I thought maybe the master cylinder and booster but is both componet will go out at the same time? Please, give me some advice! Cuz I don't want to guess here what's wrong with my car! THX

try master cylinder first... but it's possible for more than one component to go out at the same time.
