springrates can be obtained from eibachs website, or go to www.amarok.org and search the 240 mailing list archives.
ground control is not an eibach spring. Ground control is a company that makes adjustable collars for OE style shocks that accept the Eibach ERS race spring. The Eibach ERS race spring comes in 25lb increments from something like 25lbs to 5000lbs or something crazy like that.
But GC sucks anyway.
