Question Spring rates for Eibach Sportlines?

Does anyone know what the spring rates are for the Eibach Sportlines? I looked on their website and I couldn't find anything. What springs is everyone using? I want KYB AGX's but I'm not sure what springs to get. I want a nice drop with a higher spring rate, but nothing too stiff. Any suggestions?
