if your rolling you can safely go 9.5, if your rolling and pulling you can go 10 easy. offset somewhere in the low 20s to teens rear. front i would go 9" with a 20s offset

 

I have Z32 Calipers all around using Apexi World Sport Dampers. With the specs you listed does that mean I have to buy wide fenders or just have to roll them?

 

What will my car look like when the fenders are rolled?

you cant even understand offset/width and diamter. you think diameter gives you lip? hell you can buy some rims that have a -22 offset and STILL have no lip.

you think 19x10.5-22 will fit on a s13 with just a rolled lip? it will barely if not fit on a s14 and s14 wheel wells are bigger than s13s.

you are clueless as a doorknob on knowing what to do to make those things fit under your car. i mean hell do you even have 5lug?
