Question Very Strange Problem

Heres the deal,
I am having problems with my wheel shaking. But its not an ordinary shake/shutter. When I hit 60-65 MPH sometimes my steering wheel and car will shake VIOLENTLY. And then It will go away. I could drive for 10 minutes without it happening and then it will just start. The shake will start off very subtle and then increase in intensity. I have to hit the brake and slow down to get it to stop. This started after I put on new brakes and bushings.

I decided to go with Q45 calipers for the front. I got used calipers, new hawk pads and new rotors. I had the rotors redrilled and everything fits fine. The rotors bolted perfectly to the hubs and they are perfectly centered/flush to the hubs.

In addition, I put polyurethane bushings on the front of my car. I had all the bushing pressed in and bolted everything up correctly. Everthing was lubed.

I went through and made sure that all bolts were in and nothing was loose. And I have no idea what it could be. Im just looking for any imput becuase I am stumped.

Thanks

No, I havent. I got finished friday evening and have scheduled an appointment for tuesday. But I called the tire shop an spoke to a very experience alignment fella. He has done all my cars. He told me that the problem I am experiencing would not be caused by an alignment issue. So I dont think that is the problem,, but i wont know for sure until tuesday. thanks

wouldnt hurt to get a quick alignment reading. im thinking redrilling the rotors might have thrown it off balance from factory spec.

It might have thrown off the balance, but if it did, it is going to be a minute amount. Plus its so close to the center of the hub. It wouldnt throw off the balance anymore than running w/o a lug nut or something. Yeah and I second the alignment. Im going to take it today and have it checked out. thanks.
