Hey, im a noob to this site becuase I just perchased a 1995 240sx se recently. Im in the middle of ordering a S13 SR20DET redtop for it and am just wondering is a 300whp goal realistic without upgrading injectors and internals?? I heard the stock 370cc injectors max out at around 300whp? Also along with the purchase of the JDM engine im getting a S15 T28 turbo. Is it safe at all to run 1 bar of boost with this turbo? Any info would be greatly appreciated Sorry for the NOob questions. Thanks

when talking injector relyability, you never want to hear the word max out. you should never be maxing out your injectors, which means 300hp is too much for those injectors to handle.

 

you will need bigger injectors for sure. stock fuel system can handle it but is not recommended.

you''ll need a MAF for sure and a good tune but you can do 300 wheel on a pretty much stock SR. it's not the best decision though. aim for 245 untill you're willing to at least hook up the fuel system.

 

Need probably 550cc, z32 MAF, walbro 255 fuel pump and a good tunning.

I'd suggest before you spend your money on the turbo you get a good intercooler, BOV, etc. if you havnt already decided to.
