if I am just looking for 7-10psi which turbo should I get?

well I was just doing research so I have bought anything yet\
and here is the spec of my car
1990 240sx fastback KA24E manual 5 speed.
stock internal with 148000 miles
Tein S tech + KYB GR2
205/60R15 Falkin Zeix 512
front and rear ebay strut bar
apexi cone filter

You shouldn't be thinking about crap like that. Boost is almost irrelevant (sp?). Different turbos flow different rates at the same boost. For example, at 15psi a certain turbo can flor 1000CFM, while another can flow 100CFM. For your setup, I'd recommend just a Garret T3 turbo, or possibly a T25/T28 variant. Heck, Mitsubishi turbos like a 14B or 13G would do ya fine.
