I dont know if this has been discussed yet in this forum, and if so im sorry because im new, but I have a dillema. I recently purchased a 96 240sx and am trying to do a swap. but I wont be able to pass inspections due to the OBD2. I have heard this is only because of how OBD2 matches the VIN number on the ECU with the one on registration, and the SR20's have no VIN. so I was wondering if any of you know how to or have come up with a way to get by this problem. I also was wondering if there was maybe a way or even a company that can FLASH a VIN onto the ECU. thanks guys in advanced.
