car wont start

ok so my car is a 1993 240sx with a ka24de engine. i start my car and take i down to the car wash to wash it. after im done i get in my car to go back home and it wont start. it wont even turn over no noise nothing. its not the battery because me and my dad had autozone check it out and its still good. we replaced the ignition fuse in the fuse box and it still doesnt start. any of you got any ideas? i dont know if this has anything to do with it but when i was washing it i wasnt paying attention to where i was sparaying for a couple seconds and some water got into my exhaust. could i of just flooded it out? any replys with be helpful.

No it would not make a difference with spraying water in the exaust i have done it, its not good but it should still work. Try the starter is an idea, Alternator as well because you might have had the alternator go and still some juice in the battery before she died fully at the car wash. Good Luck figuring it out

I would definatly take a serious look into the altenator. I have had mine go out on me and My car would also act like that too. Also the Starter moter is definatly something else worth looking at if it is not the altenator.

i think i found out the problem.. that switch under the dash i think is the kill switch. i was messing with it before and i must of set it to off and it would start. mabey they only came on the 93's cuz i have an alarm system on my car and i guess the kill switch was part of the system. i hope thats all that was wrong with it though.

my car in screwed up again now. im pretty sure its the alarm system. my kill switch is screwing up so the only way to start it is to push start it and every time you open the doors or turn the key my panic lights go on. i think my horn is broken because when the alarm sets off theres no sound it just my panic lights. any one ever had this happen to there car or have tips for fixing it?

If at all possible could you just disconnet the power to your alarm system and see if that could work.

ok, i found the problem. even tho my alarm system is screwed up it wasnt that that was causing the not to start. i cant beleive i never checked this in the first place but it was the buttion thats under the clutch. the little rubber piece that was pushing it in had broken off so my clutch wasnt pressing the button. everything works now.
