Check engine after intake install

Ok..... i started installing my intake and right near the end when you are supposed to cut the hose ( aem instruction book ), i accidently cut it too short. So... I made a ghetto'd out hose using 2 different sizes ( one stuffed into another ), and it worked fine no engine light. Then i went to schucks to get a new hose, and when i was putting it on i had to remove the two plugs above the intake. I forgot to put them back on, and drove for about a block and was like... oh dam i forgot to plug those back in. So i plugged them back in and the engine light was still on. I got out my trusty ghetto'd hose and put it back on and the light was still there. so after all this i put back on the second schucks hose, and the plugs are in, but there is still an engine light coming on.

Has anyone had this problem with the sensors? ( they are to the left of the valve cover right above where the intake goes into the manifold right next to eachother)

Any help is appreciated

P.S. .... I already tried to do the whole computer reset thing, and the light is still on. ( unhook the battery )
