No tail lights...Help!

No tail lights...Help!
i have no parking lights or tail lights....everytime i turn them on it blows the fuse...i just put a new engine in it just replaced it with a ka24 ive checked all the connectors and grounds that i can find many times and no luck any tips? help i cant drive at night
