Just HOW loud are the N1/N1 duals?

and if you can recommend any good systems for a 95 240sx that are more streetable and more cop-friendly (unless the N1 duals are ok) please inform me...

also, ive heard that the HKS Drager systems arent too loud, but ive also heard that they are for off-road use only? is this true? if not, i think the Drager is my best bet for good sound/performace/noise level...cuz i will be driving my 240 on the street 95% of the time and i dont feel like getting tickets or anything...
