Well a few actually. The one I need the most help on is a whistling, comes from the front end of the car I think its under the hood anyway, when I floor the gas once it gets past 2 or 2.5 thousand rpms it makes this whistleing sound. I get home and rev it when its at a stand still from 1 thousand to 4 or 5, no sound just the nice engine. Any ideas? The other 2 I believe are no big deal. When I shut my door I notice a thumping, as if something was bumping around, one is like in my dash behind my glovebox. The other is on the back of my car I think its my spare though. But If someone can help that would be cool, thanks guys.

 

Ist sound: water pump is about to quit on you, people use to think i was boosted lol when i had my sohc

yea man out cars make a lot of noises. for the first time i drove a s13 that had a full solid chassis. the car sat inside a garage for year, so it was well preserved. I also raped it with my 240 but its stock, so i get no points for that.

 

spare tire check that, also the jack in the trunk left side (driver's side) might be bouncing around i got that also just got some insulation and it was fixed see if either of those are the problem

 

oh yea

also there are secret compartments inside ur quarter panels, i misplace stuff there all the time, that would only happen though if u happen to got u trunk interior like me and others.

 

How much does a water pump run? And how can I make the spare and everything back there more solid and quit moving? I do have the compartments, I'll check that out, any suggestions about the sound under the dash behind glove box?
