Is it a A/C problem?

Hello, everyone! Ok, here is the problem! Everytime when I turn on the A/C with engine running, I can feel the car shakes or stall for a second. I looked at the Tach meter! RPM shows normal! What could be the problem anyone? Is it the compressor or engine related? Thx!
