How difficult and what all is needed to swap a ka24de into a 89 240?

I noticed in the article that the compressor mounts are different.I happened to look under the hood of a newer model frontier pickup the other day at work and it has the the same compressor mounts that the single cam cars do.Would you happen to know if these will fit?I am sure that the intake and exaust manifolds will have to be swaped from a 240,but was wondering if the motor mounts and transmission bolt pattern were the same?Sorry for all the questions but I am looking at a car with over 200,000 miles and it has jumped time,just exploring all options.

The engine mounts and tranny mounts are the same for SOHC and DOHC S13s, as for the compresseor thing

I think tou misunderstood my question,I was asking if a ka24de from a late model nissan frontier pickup would bolt up in a s13
