Idling problem

Sorry for asking a simple question but I just bought a 92 240. The problem is that my idle is on 15 i tried adjusting it but it doesn't seem like thats the problem. Also I adjusted the pressure still not the problem. what else could it be?

is your timing set correctly? It is the second mark on the right for correct timing. after that use the idle adjustment screw and see if that helps. also adjust your throttle cable

make sure you disconnect the TPS before correcting timing. make sure the car is at operating temperature before doing that.
