ka wont start

ka wont start

well i blew my headgasket
sohc ka out of a 1990
replaced the headgasket
resufaced the head
put new seals on the injectors
set the timing to top dead center
reconected all the wiring
checked all the fuses in the driverside kicker panel and in the engine bay

and the car wont start

the starter is spining the flywheel
but it just wont fire

do you guys have anywords of advice
something that is prone to blow (ie maf censor)

im stuck and kinda pissed lol

are you SURE you didnt accidently break/knock the TPS?
be sure to check for rips in the intake tubing(especially by the TB)

are you getting fuel? pull the plugs after you try to start it. sniff for fuel.

if you are and it sounds like it wants to catch, advance your distb.

tripple check to be sure ALL plugs are connected.
i've been known to miss plugs at time after involved jobs.

just tripple check everything.
mabey you got the fireing order worng on the plugs

i do that now and then and i've owned and built alotta KA's

I agree with rudeboy. Sounds to me like your not getting fuel or maybe no spark.
