no start
New member, so may make dumb comments or actions.
I drive a 93 SE with 71,000 miles. It's a great car, needing only new plugs, a set of front pads and a starting motor in its life. However, yesterday when it started it stumbled at very low revs for a few seconds, then quit and would not restart.
I disconnected the battery until today, hoping for a reset, but it still won't start. (Yes, I reconnected the battery.) It cranks willingly.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I tried the SEARCH route, as suggested in the stickies, but got the message

every time.

Check you Throttle position sensor connector. Have you washed or sprayed the engine bay lately? If so check for water in your spark plug holes, just disconnect one wire at a time and look for moisture around the spark plugs.

I have never washed the engine bay and the car is always parked inside. However, the TPS connector is a good suggestion, as it seems to idle too slow when it first starts, then comes up to correct idle speed.
The Oxy sensor has never been changed and the car was right at allowable limits for its emmisions test in June. Should that sensor be changed from time-to-time?
