Squeeling when starting

When to test drive my car before I put the deposit down. The car runs great, runs strong and everything. One thing that bothers me though. When starting the car, instead of the normal noise, it makes sort of a high pitch squeel. Doesn't sound like a belt too tight though. I'm thinking its a problem with the starter..maybe going bad? Is this a common problem in 240's? Its a 96 240 SE.

it might be bad bearings on one of the pulleys...my guess.

Could also be one of the pulleys isn't tightened properly, or missing a nut.
