Starting engine that has been sitting for awhile

Hey, can you guys tell me what i should do to prep the engine that has been sitting for awhile before i start it up?

Drain all the old fluids out and put new fluids in, check belts for cracking, check vacuum hoses for cracks, check out your intake box for spider webs... put 2-5 drops of oil in cylinder.

may want to also pull ignition or fuelinjection fuse and let it crank a few times and circulate oil throughout under low load. not neccessary though.
