It is just like work. We get GEIs General Engineering Instructions. They list measurements to take and what needs to be looked for when rebuilding or inspecting equipment.

the main thing you'll have to watch for is the position of the oil pump shaft and distruibitor connection. i'm not sure how it is with the DOHC but SOHC they both connect. i marked where the rotor was pointin but not the oil pump shaft. so when it all went back together the timing was wrong. feel me? i had to go readjust everything to be on point. you're gona just tear everything off the front of the engine. also- leave the bolts on the timing cover. on my car some were 10mm and some were 12mm. so don't misplace em. when the cover is off, stuff a rag in the oil pan that is exposed so you don't dorp debris(sp) in there.
you know you can always holla at the KID Stanbo. I got you

yo rudeboy, when you get down here, you'll have to hit me off with some of the expertise on this timing chain man. Make u experiment with the DOHC. This way my car will be on point. So I'm taking u up on that offer. Hope a six pack is enough to pay for the services
